My room included climate control, a kettle, and a dresser. The daily service was perfect.

The hotel's location is great for exploring the central area, as it's close to Mt Zwegabin, the center of Hpa-An, and features a rooftop bar/restaurant with excellent views.

The staff, including the friendly owner, provided excellent service. The hotel's location was ideal, close to various restaurants and attractions. We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its central location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and decent all-you-can-eat breakfast. The hotel also offers scooter rental and has a garage for guests' scooters. Additionally, the air conditioning is efficient and silent, and the shower has unlimited hot water.

The location was perfect, right in the center of Hpa-An, making it convenient to explore the town. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a delicious western choice.
